PAYMENT FRAMEWORK

  • Upfront payment This payment is the quickest payment into our account. We pay our supplier immediately and available goods are shipped on the first available freight plant to RSA via Aramax or DHL.

  • Nedbank Simple demand letter If clients are uncomfortable with paying upfront, their bank can issued a simple demand


  • Special purpose ABSA Escrow account This option is suitable for large orders. ABSA, the importer and the buyer enters into a tri-partheid agreement whereby ASBA receives the buyers money in a specially created escrow account. ABSA is in control of the transaction from start to finish and the money in the account is released and controlled by ABSA with the importer having no access to the funds. ABSA will control the transaction on behalf of the client ensuring the masks are received. letter to Nedbank in the Nedbank wording. This option means their money is remaining in their own account and only called upon by Nedbank when they receive the goods.

DELIVERY PROCESS

  • The Buyer gives a Letter on Intention to purchase goods and provides proof of funds/payment plan. We issue a proforma invoice to the buyer for the goods. The buyer then issues us with a official purchase order and signs our terms and conditions. The buyer and ABSA enter into the tri-partheid escrow agreement. ABSA pens a ring fenced escrow account in the name of the buyer (takes 24 hours) thereafter the buyer pays the purchase price into the dedicated escrow account. We order the product and the factory begins the production process as per the stipulations. Once the stipulated order is produced, the goods thereafter is transported via DHL or Aramax air fright services(fully insured). In the case of the a Nedbank Simple Demand Guarantee Letter, the buyers bank issues Nedbank with a Simple Demand Guarantee Letter and the funds remain in the buyers account until he/she receives the goods. NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED
